CONDITIONS OF TRAVELLING
1. REQUEST AND PAYMENT
Requests are submitted either to the Agency of to the authorized agent
following the down payment (advance) of 30% of the total price of the
arrangement. The rest of the money is paid on either monthly bases or
at once. In the case of monthly payment, the last payment should be received
8 days before leaving unless differently specified.
The Agency should be notified in a written form about any travel cancellation.
In the case of cancellation, the Agency shall retain the following amounts
of the total price of the arrangement:

The above amounts will not be retained in the case of a death in the
family (parents, brothers, sisters or spouses) or being hospitalized.
2. ARRANGEMENT COSTS
The Arrangement costs stated in the offer, program, contract or agreement
are fixed and will not be changed if the service offered, exchange rate
of Kuna and Euro, the price of transportation (fuel) and the number of
travelers do not change.
3. HEALTH AND OTHER KINDS OF INSURANCE
A traveler that has a health insurance in Croatia will have all the rights
pertaining to his health insurance by law and health insurance regulations.
A traveler will pay all the expenses during his or her trip by him/herself
and will issue the request to be reimbursed to his health insurance agency
upon his/her return home. He/She can negotiate other kinds of insurance
according to personal preference and the rules of various insurance companies.
This insurance does not include the baggage and Agency, as the travel
organizer, is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen baggage.
4. DAMAGE
All damage (in a transport vehicle, hotel, etc.) done on purpose during
the whole arrangement time will be paid by the person who had done the
damage.
5. OBLIGATION OF TRAVELERS
A traveler is obliged to respect the rules and regulations of his/her
own as well as those of other countries visited. The Agency as organizer
of travel will not take any responsibility for the damage issued from
not respecting rules or public peace and order.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF AGENCY
The Agency is responsible for carrying out service stated in its program
on in the contract.
7. COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE ORGANISATION OF TRAVEL AND THE COURT
IN CHARGE
If the service rendered is incomplete, a traveler can make complaint about
it directly where it happens to the representative of the Agency or he/she
can send it in a written form within 8 days after his/her return home.
A traveler shall not contact other persons, public media or a court of
justice in the period/time needed for the Agency to decide about his/her
complaint.
